If the distance between the electro-eye and printing is too far, the hot spot of the electro-eye does not print labels, the cover paper powder of the outer magic glasses and the light-emitting lamp inside the magic eye burns out, resulting in the weak signal of the river or the return of the light signal, tracking in the slow computer registration system fails to correct the overprint deviation, and the inaccurate recording occurs in printing.
Some links of the tracking system are out of control or unable to work.
The printing registration nerve of the automatic registration and tracking system sends the tracking optical signals from computer analysis and processing, and control instructions to each printing color group of the registered processing control panel, so that the control instructions can be converted into electrical signals and sent to the corresponding registration motor to automatically adjust the overprint deviation. In the course of work, some faults will make the middle motor out of control or unable to work, and can not correct the printing deviation in time, resulting in overprinting is not allowed.
(4) Displacement of transmission gear and disc shaft.
Various groups of gravure presses have an independent locking device, so that the version of the shaft and the transmission device are connected, the locking device is not locked, which will lead to high-speed operation of the printing drum, because the version of the shaft is not locked and moved, leading to overprinting is not allowed.
